What Our Lifetime Warranty Covers:

  • Repair or Replacement: We will repair or replace any product that fails due to defects in materials or workmanship.

What Our Lifetime Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Normal Wear and Tear: This includes damage from regular use or aging of the product.
  • Accidental Damage or Loss: Any damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or improper handling as well as loss or theft
  • Unauthorized Modifications: Any alterations or repairs made outside of our authorized procedures.

How to Make a Warranty Claim:

  2. Provide Proof of Purchase: Submit a copy of your receipt or order confirmation.
  3. Provide a Photo and Explanation of the Damage: Send us clear photos of the damaged product and a clear explanation of the cause and condition to help us assess the issue.
