30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in its original condition, unworn or unused.
  • Have all tags attached and be in the original packaging.
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

  2. Return Shipping Label: If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions.

Important: Domestic customers must return items using our provided label. International customers are responsible for the return shipping label cost, and they must communicate tracking details with the returns team. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@ollin.co so we can resolve the issue.

Gift Cards

Unfortunately, gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, follow the return process outlined above. Our customer service team will assist with placing a replacement order based on your specific needs and details.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If you’re in the European Union, you have the right to return items within 14 days of receipt, no reason required. Items must be in original, unused condition with tags and packaging, and include a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Once a return is received, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 15 business days. Please note, your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
