Isaac is a Gen X Utah native, born and raised with a deep love for the outdoors, hip-hop, and sneakers. He has been married for 28 years and is a proud father of three. Archery and hunting are among his favorite pursuits, with mule deer hunting alongside his son standing out as a true passion.

With 17 years of experience in the outdoor industry, he has worked with leading brands such as Badlands Backpacks, Easton Archery, and Black Rifle Coffee.

At OLLIN, he focuses on building connections with new customers and key segments—guides, military personnel, first responders, and ambassadors—helping them integrate OLLIN's cutting-edge Snapshot System into their gear and ensuring they have access to the best tools on the market.

A gearhead through and through, he’s always testing, tweaking, and fine-tuning his outdoor and hunting setup to make every adventure count.
