The OLLIN GEAR UP GIVEAWAY is sponsored and administered by OLLIN Company with the support of participating promotional partners.

By entering this Giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions made by Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.

GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The Giveaway begins on June 1, 2026, at 12:00:00 AM Mountain Time and ends on June 28, 2026, at 11:59:59 PM Mountain Time.

Entries received during the Giveaway Period will remain active and eligible for all applicable prize drawings throughout the Giveaway Period unless otherwise prohibited by law.

ELIGIBILITY

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are sixteen (16) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Void where prohibited by law.

Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of OLLIN Company, participating Partners, and their respective affiliates may be excluded from participation where required by applicable law.

HOW TO ENTER

Purchase Entries

Participants will receive one (1) entry for every five dollars ($5.00 USD) spent on products purchased from www.ollin.co during the Giveaway Period.

Example:
$5 spent = 1 entry
$50 spent = 10 entries
$100 spent = 20 entries

Taxes, shipping charges, discounts, refunds, and other fees may not qualify toward entry calculations.

Free Entry Methods

No purchase is necessary to enter. Participants may also receive entries by:

• Signing up for the OLLIN SMS marketing list and receiving fifteen (15) entries.
• Signing up for the OLLIN email newsletter and receiving fifteen (15) entries.

Limit one SMS signup bonus and one email signup bonus per participant unless otherwise specified by Sponsor.

To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and date of birth on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than June 28, 2026, and received by July 5, 2026, to be eligible.

Each valid mail-in entry will receive one (1) entry into the OLLIN GEAR UP GIVEAWAY. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person per day. Mechanically reproduced, copied, illegible, incomplete, or automated entries are void.

Mail-in entries will be treated the same as all other eligible entries and will remain eligible for all prize drawings occurring after the date the entry is received and processed during the Giveaway Period.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible, or postage-due mail.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize or prize component with an item of equal or greater value if necessary due to availability or circumstances beyond Sponsor's control.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

WINNER SELECTION

Winners will be selected using an independent third-party random selection system.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

One winner will be selected for each weekly prize package.

Winners will be announced on or before the Tuesday immediately following each respective weekly giveaway period.

Potential winners may be contacted via email, phone, SMS, or other contact information provided during entry.

If a selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within a reasonable period, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

PUBLICITY RELEASE

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and Partners to use the winner's name, city, state, likeness, photographs, video, voice, and statements for advertising, promotional, and marketing purposes without additional compensation.

DATA COLLECTION & MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

By entering the Giveaway through email signup, SMS signup, or purchase entry methods, participants agree that their submitted contact information may be collected, stored, and used by Sponsor and participating Partners for marketing, promotional, and business purposes.

Participants understand and agree that:

• Email addresses may be shared with participating Giveaway Partners.
• Mobile phone numbers provided for SMS signup may be shared with participating Giveaway Partners.
• Participants may receive promotional emails, text messages, and marketing communications from Sponsor and participating Partners.
• Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe instructions provided in those communications.

Participation in the Giveaway constitutes consent to these communications and data-sharing practices.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Sponsor and Partners are not responsible for:

• Lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undelivered entries.
• Technical malfunctions of any kind.
• Unauthorized human intervention in any portion of the Giveaway.
• Errors in the administration of the Giveaway.
• Printing, typographical, or programming errors.

By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor, Partners, and their respective officers, employees, representatives, agents, successors, and assigns from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a manner deemed disruptive or unfair.

Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil laws.

GOVERNING LAW

These Official Rules shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict of law principles.
